You can run, cycle, row, and cross-train  your way to a healthier fitter you.  Our smooth resistance training equipment  gives you a pleasant workout and a great toned body.

We also offer Vibrotraining with a personal trainer  to ensure you get a good workout and quick results.  

Our changing rooms are luxurious, and include a sauna for both men and women. We also provide the little essentials such as sweat towels, and shampoo/bodywash.
