Robb Rodd: Personal trainer/Gym Instructor

Robb specialises in sports/fitness conditioning, weight loss and general fitness. He can add kickboxing to your PT sessions to challenge you in new and exciting ways.  As well as a regular friendly face around the gym, Robb also takes our spin classes and BTT on a Saturday morning.  Teaming up with Lee TeMoto, he is now also instructing the boxing class.  We're not sure we he gets all his energy from - his schedule makes us tired just looking at it!

Lee Te Momo: Personal Trainer/Gym instructor

Lee has quickly gained a reputation for having the killer circuit classes that are delivering fantastic results.  He is a keen boxer and is enjoying taking the boxing class with Robb.  He is friendly and cheerful (even when he works the morning shifts!) and is committed to working with and motivating people to improve their health and fitness.

Vanessa Warren: Personal Trainer

With years of experience in the fitness industry, Vanessa has the solution for you if you are interested in losing weight, toning, strengthening or are recovering from an injury.

Sarah Gardiner: Personal trainer

Sarah has been a Personal Trainer for over 9 years. She is passionate about getting the best outcome for her clients - as well as having fun along the way. 

Anna Welch: Personal Trainer/Nutritionist

Anna is the resident nutritional expert as well as an experienced, fun and friendly personal trainer.  She is enjoying putting members through their paces in the Swiss Ball, Circuit and BTT classes.  She is committed to helping people reach their goals for personal health and fitness and excels at motivating and inspiring her clients.

Lisa Woods: Yoga instructor

Lisa takes the Monday morning Yoga class at 10 a.m. Lisa is a highlyy qualified instructor who has brought valuable experience with her from the UK. Her ability to teach everyone from beginners to seasoned yoga enthusiasts make her classes fun and suitable for all.

Michelle Polglase: Pilates and Yoga instructor

Michelle takes both Pilates and Yoga classes.  Her enjoyment from teaching them is infectious and she creates a fantastic enviroment to learn and practise both disciplines.

Elly McGuiness: Pilates Instructor

Elly takes the very popular Pilates class on a Tuesday morning at 10am.  Her talented instruction ensures people leave her class feeling great and ready for more!
