We have a variety of fun and motivating classes, and these are taken by enthusiastic instructors keen to ensure you are getting the most out of each class. 

Keep yourself warm this winter with our fun spin classes!

Please book the spin classes at least one day in advance - either at reception or call us on (03) 356 1761.  A small charge to members does apply for our Spin classes.

Circuit - 45 min

A high energy class to music, where participants move from station to station performing exercises that challenge both strength and endurance.

BTT (Bums, Tums & Thighs) - 45 min

Work on your core for strength, tone & balance.

Pilates - 1 hour

Increase your core strength & flexibility while toning your body without the high impact.

Yoga - 1 hour

Exercise your body & your mind all at once.

Get motivated to strengthen your core by joining our swiss ball class.  Let our fantasitc instructor help you get those toned abs you've always dreamed of.

NEW!!! Boxing

Get your heart rate up and your stress levels down with this fun and energetic class.  Get yourself fighting fit!!!

Our classes suit all levels of fitness and experience.
